Never Never Land

From dream into bad dream
Through  to the land of
Never Never
Where the souls too bad for paradise
And too charming for hell
Did be going

There  winds a little wayward path
Sweet the Roses grow, sunny and
Sighing the road that leads your
Feet to hell

The souls  their path lost,  they loved
Their own mad music – who were
Not ever merciful, who were not
Ever wise – whose hearts
We’re all to light for hell
Too hard for paradise

And all the world went footing it
The evil and the good
And all the winds of every
Land blow over
Never Never Land

And still when the  harps
Of paradise strike louder upon
The ear – from the little
Wayward path the mocking
Echoes play from out of hell
Their careless music, to hear
The violins lilt
