Once Upon a Time

Time spins and twirls

The heart beats and yearns

The sky gently kisses the stars

With regretful sighs as the

Solemn years go by

Where is the spell that once hung

In the moons silver light

Now void, and dark with rain

Fading lips whisper their despair

Each had known sorrow, each had known grief

Nothing that was done can be undone

Foolish things and trivial things

Things I did to you and you did to me

Time shall go on, blow to dust

Whirls around you all reality

There’s only left of love

Old words that rhyme

An old tale that went

Once Upon a Time
