This Woe World

You, a flavor, smooth like good whiskey
Let me taste you
Sigh of rapture, sinful gasp
A beautiful warm something
A kiss perhaps

Melting together,  in your gasp
In my sigh, in enchanted tears
As you devour my despair
You are like moonbeams
Laughter, the voice
Of happiness

I cuddle you, we are
A tangled mess
Lips and hearts connected
It might have been called love
It might not

In such this world, you smile
In such this world, you
Gaze upwards to the stars
Come fly with me
I have no wings

Come in and hurt me cruelly
Please don’t ask me anymore
With such a sweet whisper
Please don’t ask me anymore
To my heart

You smile with the sorrow
Of this world
And then only the
Inky emptiness is left

I gaze upwards to the stars
Such in this woe world
I still love you

Reality and I have quarrelled. This is where I go so he can't find me, my Other Place. Here I can spin my Fancies and Fiction, as I wander among the Stars and listen as they whisper their secret to the moon. My name is Annie, I am lovely and lonely and I belong deeply to myself. I love cats, listening to the blues, the mountains more than the beach, being lazy, writing my fancies and fiction and I also love to crochet. That's me and this is my Other Place.
