A Glass Full of Empty

I sit in the moonlight
With a glass full of empty
And all I see is oblivion
Just stardust, that made memories
With the clock

For that moment looked
Like a forever
Never to be caught
Only a glimpse worth cherishing
Only to remember

For what was true in
That moment was another moment
Maybe a few dreams
In each broken pieces
Of our love

I wish to forget
The way they went
Your eyes, your smile
The touch of our souls

Memories in a
Sky full of wish upon stars
Of a broken soul

Reality and I have quarrelled. This is where I go so he can't find me, my Other Place. Here I can spin my Fancies and Fiction, as I wander among the Stars and listen as they whisper their secret to the moon. My name is Annie, I am lovely and lonely and I belong deeply to myself. I love cats, listening to the blues, the mountains more than the beach, being lazy, writing my fancies and fiction and I also love to crochet. That's me and this is my Other Place.
